All partners contribute capital; profits are distributed as per the agreed ratio, and losses are shared according to each partner’s capital share.
Mudarabah (Investor + Manager)
The investor (Rab-ul-Maal) provides capital, while Kamal Kalam Properties Ltd. acts as the manager (Mudarib). Profits are shared by agreement; losses apply only to invested capital, unless caused by negligence or violation.
